I serve as Lead Teacher and Owner of Thrive Virtual Academy. My background uniquely integrates education, entrepreneurship, and fatherhood.

First, I hold my Washington State teaching credential and have taught in brick-and-mortar classrooms, online schools, tutored students one-on-one and in small groups for the last 12 years. In 2020, I expanded beyond this traditional educational experience and have built and run multiple businesses and have partnered with many startup companies to develop and organize systems and teams. I also serve as the Senior Director of Technology and Education for a Financial Technology company based in the United States.

Lastly, I am a father to 3 children: Declan (4), Graham (2), and Piper (3 months). I started Thrive Virtual Academy to revitalize the traditional education system through merging real life skills with traditional subjects. We seek to re-invent the way that students learn through application, project-based strategies, and future thinking mentality.
