Hey, I'm Patch!
I serve as Founder and Lead Teacher of Thrive Virtual Academy. My background uniquely integrates education, entrepreneurship, and fatherhood.
I hold my Washington State teaching credential and have taught in brick-and-mortar classrooms, online schools, and tutored students one-on-one and in small groups for the last 12 years. In 2020, I left the traditional classroom because I could not answer this question:

Since 2020, Thrive Virtual Academy has changed lives and impacted over 6,000 students. I started Thrive to revitalize traditional education by merging real-life skills with financial literacy, artificial intelligence, and STEM — re-inventing the way students learn through application, project-based strategies, and future thinking.
